Bohemia Bar & Restaurant has been receiving high accolades since it first opened in 2003 thanks to its Michelin-starred fine dining. There are 5 innovative menus created by Steve Smith using some of Jersey’s finest local produce including the 10 course Prestige Menu and also a Vegetarian Menu.
Bohemia also has the only Chef’s Table on the island where 6 people can get a behind the scenes look at how a Michelin-starred kitchen is run.
